Babylon LA pays tribute to Bad Brains with new capsule

The Los Angeles-based brand follows their recent Jackass collaboration by celebrating true pioneers of punk.

Fresh off their recent pair of collaborative drops coinciding with the arrival of Jackass Forever, LA streetwear authority Babylon continue their can't miss streak of joint efforts with the introduction of their collection that pays tribute to a true icon of punk culture.

Teaming with The NTWRK, a media-forward platform that takes a curated approach in finding the intersection of commerce and entertainment, Babylon will unveil their Bad Brains collection on April 12th at 12pm PT/ 3pm ET. Following the initial release of the collection via THE NTWRK, the drop will be available at via Babylon online and at the brand's brick and mortar location at 4452 W. Adams Blvd. in Los Angeles.

With collaborative affiliates ranging from like-minded authorities like Born-X-Raised to hardcore’s current title holders in Turnstile, Babylon's lengthy roster of joint efforts positions the brand to be among the most authentic in their respective lane. Steered by the vision and hardcore ethos of business partners and Trash Talk bandmates Lee Spielman and Garrett Stevenson, the streetwear label continues to champion punk's subculture in a way that communicates authenticity.

The Bad Brains x Babylon collection features designs that include definitive song lyrics and the band's iconic artwork from their landscape shifting 1982 self-titled release. The nexus of the project bears a significant personal connect with Spielman in particular, citing his discovery of the game-changing reggae-punk collective as pivotal in his immersion into the culture.

The Bad Brains x Babylon collection arrives via THE NTWRK on April 12th at 12pm PT. The collection will then be available via Babylon's website and at the flagship store in Los Angeles.
