Metalcore stalwarts Attack Attack! pair the premiere of "Dark Waves" with surprise second single

The band doubles up with the first reveal of new music since 'Long Time, No Sea' with not one, but two new cuts.

Just last month, metalcore lifers Attack Attack! announced the first offensive of their next creative era with the news of their 'Dark Waves' Tour with support from Belmont, Traitors, Color Blind and Savage Hands.

Fully executing this first phase, the band has now delivered the titular single in "Dark Waves" -- the newest showing from the current configuration of the band since their 2021 reboot in Long Time, No Sea.

Enlisting the expertise of Joey Sturgis who helped produce the band's enduring debut in their 2008 release, Someday Came Suddenly, “Darks Waves” revisits the band's dynamic brand of aggression which moves metalcore into the modern era.

Doubling down on the introduction, Attack Attack! taken full advantage of an eager audience and paired the launch of "Dark Waves" with a surprise secondary single in "Paralyzed (Until We Meet Again)". Asserting the's band's depth, the tandem of singles ranges from hulking to harmonic resulting in a pair of tracks that prove massive in style and execution.

Vocalist Chris Parketny offered of the new material, "Dark Waves' is about pursuing someone or something that may not be good for you, but you feel like you’re addicted to their chaos while 'Paralyzed' is about coping with profound loss and the people we leave behind when we die.”
